MEEST INTERNATIONAL is a team of professionals who create advanced cross-border solutions and delivery automation tools for foreign e-commerce platforms. Meest International works with partners and clients in more than 70 countries all over the world. We are proud of our long-term cooperation with such well-known brands as iHERB, ANSWEAR, NOTINO, and LPP, which owns the brands: RESERVED, HOUSE, SINSAY and many other well-known companies.
We are now consolidating our local presence in Czech Republic/Slovakia. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.
We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides support to our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams by managing the full lifecycle of commercial documentation and credit verification processes. Your work will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial risk control — while contributing to smooth customer onboarding and sustainable business growth.
Responsabilities
- Manage commercial documentation: Oversee the full lifecycle of sales documents — from generating offers and contracts to versioning, approvals, e-signatures, and archiving (DocuSign, Autenti, CRM systems).
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance: Monitor completeness and correctness in CRM and physical archives, assign document IDs, and ensure everything follows internal procedures and audit standards.
- Support credit verification and scoring: Execute client financial scoring, analyze data from financial statements and credit agencies (e.g., D&B), and help initiate commercial terms in internal systems.
- Monitor receivables and risk: Track overdue accounts, support collection processes, coordinate credit limit management, and escalate issues when needed — working closely with the Sales team.
- Assist with reporting and dashboards: Create reports and KPIs to support sales operations, monitor payment alerts, and ensure visibility into the financial health of client accounts.
Profile & Skill:
- Strong analytical mindset – You’re confident in reading financial statements, interpreting liquidity metrics, and assessing client risk using tools like D&B, CRM, or ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of receivables and collections – You understand how the receivables cycle works, including DSO and both soft and hard collection procedures.
- Tech-savvy and organized – You’re comfortable with Excel (including pivot tables), and you’ve worked with CRMs and document management platforms like Google Workspace, SharePoint, or SAP. Experience with e-signature tools like DocuSign or Autenti is a plus.
- Document workflow experience – You’ve handled commercial and legal documentation before (offers, contracts, annexes), including version control, archiving, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Excellent communicator and team player – You collaborate well with cross-functional teams, stay organized under pressure, handle data with care, and bring a proactive attitude to improving processes and solving problems.
- Excellent command of English.
