We are looking for a Logistics Products Design Manager to join our team in Warsaw office to lead the development and optimization of our logistics solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and implementing logistics products that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth. You will work closely with operations, technology, and business teams to ensure our logistics solutions align with customer needs and market trends.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and optimize logistics processes, workflows, and product offerings.  
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve service levels and reduce operational costs.  
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.  
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customers need to shape logistics product strategies.  
  • Gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.  
  • Work with operations, sales, and finance teams to develop integrated logistics solutions.  
  • Develop automation and digitization strategies to improve logistics operations.  
  • Implement industry best practices and innovative logistics models.  
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous product improvements.  
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.  

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.  
  • 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or product design roles.  
  1. Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.  
  • Knowledge of English language at business communication level. 
  1. Excellent communication and project management skills.  
  1. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
  1. High adaptability and a proactive approach to change and innovation. 
  1. Empathy for users and a user-centered approach to design. 
  1. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and development. 
     
    Nice to Have: 
  • Experience working in international companies. 
  • Familiarity with modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Experience in developing logistics solutions for e-commerce or supply chain.
