We are looking for the Sales and Business Development Specialist, who will be responsible for generating leads, finding prospects, presenting, and selling Meest International solutions to new and existing clients, supporting active clients, closing deals, and signing contracts. Your primary objective will be acquiring customers focused on eCommerce sales within and outside EU. 

Responsibilities

Market and Client Development: 

  • Building a portfolio of clients focused on eCommerce sales. 
  • Analyzing the market to identify new sales opportunities, including market potential analysis and maximizing our capabilities. 
  • Identifying and developing new strategic opportunities within existing customer portfolios. 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivating relationships with prospects, transforming initial concepts into compelling business plans for both parties. 
  • Managing relationships after the launch phase, conducting periodic business meetings to build strong and strategic partnerships. 
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and business partners. 
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with both new and existing customers. 

Performance and Collaboration:

  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance. 
  • Cooperating with the Marketing department to optimize sales campaigns. 
  • Cooperating with the Product department to provide the client with the best offer. 
  • Cooperating with the Operations to meet the client’s SLA. 
  • Representing the company at trade shows, events, and conferences. 

Requirements

  • Preferred higher education in logistics, management, or related fields. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics and eCommerce market in the EU (preferably) 
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the logistics and eCommerce market in the EU 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical tools; good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. 
  • Proven success in establishing and closing contracts. 
  • English (good level) and Polish (fluent). Other languages will be considered an advantage. 
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Adaptable and able to sell a diverse portfolio of services. 
  • An innovative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and focus on results.
