We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results driven  to Digital Logistics Product Manager to join our Digital Products Department team in Warsaw office. The role is important in driving the growth of our cross-border logistics business by analysing and  creating ideas for new products and improving existing ones. 

Scope of duties/ Key responsibilities

  • Defining vision and implementation of product strategy and roadmap for cross-border logistics solutions 
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs and the competitive environment to identify new business opportunities 
  • Preparation of product offer, positioning and pricing policy management 
  • Developing Go-To -Market strategy through the market analysis, customer segmentation, value proposition and building competitive advantage 
  • Management end-to-end of product life cycle  
  • Planning product development and coordination of activities related to the implementation roadmap to successfully launch the project 
  • Preparation of business requirements, product documentation and setting priorities for development 
  • Interdepartmental cooperation with key company stakeholders (Logistic Product Operations, Technology and Business teams) to develop logistics solutions with alignment on product scope and priorities 
  • Collaboration with Development teams and UX Designer in creating an intuitive user interface for new digital product solutions 
  • Cooperation with Marketing and Sales teams on product communication and delivery channels (web/mobile app, API, off-line sales) 
  • Supporting Sales and CS teams in terms of functionality and USP of the product, preparing educational materials and collecting feedback after product implementation 
  • Participation in the development and improvement of sales and after-sales processes 
  • Cooperation with Legal department to ensure compliance with international law, preparation of regulations, contracts and price lists 
  • Cooperation with Finance Department in preparing BC and product profitability analysis 
  • Establishing (KPIs), monitoring product success and preparing post implementation reviews 

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills enabling building long-term strategies 
  • Experience (perfect + 3 years) in managing product portfolio and delivery of parallel projects in logistics or related industries 
  • Experience in interdisciplinary teams working in an agile and dynamically changing environment 
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and interact effectively to gain support for game-changing projects 
  • Ability to make reasonable decisions in a dynamically changing environment and/or under pressure 
  • Excellent communication skills that influence stakeholders; ability to explain the project vision in line with the company's overall goals and market needs 
  • Fluent English
