We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate for the Cargo& Freight Product Manager position to join our Digital Product team in the Warsaw office, where you will be responsible for preparing and developing offers in the field of international road, sea and air shipping.  

Your goal will be to build competitive proposals for B2B customers and cooperate with Operational and Sales Trams as well as logistics partners. 

Scope of duties

  • Creation and calculation of transport offers (FTL, LTL, Air, Sea) 
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Logistic Operations teams. 
  • Selection of optimal shipping solutions in accordance with customer requirements 
  • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. 
  • Build strong partnerships with logistics providers to ensure competitive rates. 
  • Analysis of transport costs, Incoterms, transit times, logistics risks and create competitive freight offers for customers. 
  • Monitor freight market trends, fuel costs, competitor pricing and implementing new solutions for customers 
  • Forecast demand and pricing fluctuations for strategic planning 
  • Work with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance and margin control 
  • Support of Sales Team with inquiries, tenders and RFI/RFQ 
  • Updating price lists, rates and commercial terms in the system (TMS, CRM, ERP) 
  • Ensure proper documentation of quotes and contracts 
  • Generate reports on offer performance, win/loss ratios, and pricing trends 
  • Identify inefficiencies in the quoting process and recommend improvements 
  • Implement automation or digital tools to streamline pricing and offers 
  • Preparation of sales forecasts for logistics commercial offer, with ongoing supervision of sales performance 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international shipping or cargo tendering 
  • Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, transport documentation (CMR, AWB, B/L) 
  • Ability to analyze costs and build commercial offers 
  • Independence, accuracy and customer orientation 
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally 
  • Knowledge of TMS/WMS systems will be an additional advantage 
  • Fluent English
