MEEST INTERNATIONAL is part of an international group of companies and the undisputed leader of the Ukrainian e-commerce logistics market (cross-border logistics) and a delivery partner for such well-known foreign online stores as Next, Answear, Notino, IHerb, Born2Be, Temu and others. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented International Business Relations Specialist.
Main duties
• maintaining contact with key clients and organizing work with them
• communication with counterparties, including Chinese partners, and internal divisions to prepare the necessary documents
• support and management of contracts with foreign clients and partners in accordance with the company's internal rules
• organization of negotiations and business correspondence with partners regarding terms of cooperation and optimization of processes
• monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and monitoring the work of partners and the company
• forming reports and working with databases by field of activity
• interaction with other departments of the company to solve issues related to the field of activity.
Key requirements
• fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese will be a big "+"
• skills in business correspondence and documentation preparation
• experience with international logistics processes (transportation, customs clearance) will be an advantage
• confident PC skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel)
• we are ready to train, so we also consider candidates without experience!
