Selling end-to-end cross-border logistics solutions to eCommerce.

As the Sales and Development Manager for the EU, you will be responsible for generating leads, finding prospects, presenting, and selling Meest International solutions to new clients, closing deals, and signing contracts. Your primary objective will be acquiring customers focused on eCommerce sales within the EU.


Responsibilities

Market and Client Development:

  • Building a portfolio of clients focused on eCommerce sales to and from the EU.
  • Analyzing the market to identify new sales opportunities, including market potential analysis in the EU, and maximizing our capabilities.
  • Identifying and developing new strategic opportunities within existing customer portfolios.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivating relationships with prospects, transforming initial concepts into compelling business plans for both parties.
  • Managing relationships post-launch, conducting periodic business meetings to build strong and strategic partnerships.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with both new and existing customers.

Performance and Collaboration:

  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
  • Cooperating with Marketing to optimize sales campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Product department to provide clients with the best offers.
  • Working with Operations to meet the client’s SLA.

Representation and Advocacy:

  • Representing the company at trade shows, events, and conferences.

Requirements

Market Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics and eCommerce markets.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or eCommerce.

Achievements:

  • Proven success in establishing and closing contracts in the eCommerce or logistics sectors.

Contacts:

  • Established network of contacts with potential eCommerce clients.

Language:

  • Fluency in English and Polish.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of creating solutions and identifying profitable new business opportunities.
  • Adaptable and able to sell a diverse portfolio of services across different regions.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and partnerships.
  • Innovative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.

Education:

  • Preferred higher education in logistics, management, or related fields.

Tools:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and analytical tools; good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Mobility:

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Work Style:

  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach and focus on results.
