Today, our team is looking to expand. We are seeking a professional and responsible Personnel Administration Specialist who is eager to join our team and become a reliable support for our employees! In this role, you will be responsible not only for ensuring the correctness of HR documentation but also for actively interacting with colleagues, helping to create a comfortable environment for professional growth. 

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE 

  • A higher education degree 
  • Knowledge of legislation on military registration and conscription, labor law, business documentation, and personal data protection 
  • Experience in organizing military registration, including knowledge of the necessary and sufficient documentation for employee registration during military conscription 
  • Experience in managing personnel accounting 
  • Knowledge of 1C UTP 
  • Business communication and correspondence skills 
  • Proficiency in computer use 
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to self-learn 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 

  • Personnel accounting (employee hiring, transfer, termination, maintaining personal files) 
  • Submitting reports to the tax service and the Pension Fund of Ukraine 
  • Managing the company’s staffing schedule, preparing vacation schedules, processing and tracking employee vacations 
  • Preparing orders and other HR documents 
  • Maintaining military registration for employees in accordance with legislation 
  • Supporting all stages of employee conscription 
  • Monitoring changes in employment legislation 
  • Participating in process automation and creating technical tasks for automated accounting systems 
  • Processing sick leave documents and calculating the insurance record for temporary disability payments 
  • Participating in interesting projects within the HR Department
