We are now consolidating our local presence in Romania/Hungary. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.  

We’re looking for a proactive and goal-oriented MBN Manager (National Branch Manager of the Meest Box Partner Parcel Service Network) who will be responsible for effectively implementing the development strategy and ensuring the operational functionality of the Meest Box service point network within Czech Republic/Slovakia. This person ensures local implementation of the Meest Box Network 2025–2028 project, manages partner relationships, develops operational structures, and maintains high customer service standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

Network Development 

  • Implement the local Meest Box network development strategy as defined in the project. 
  • Acquire and collaborate with national-level Network Partners, foster long-term business relationships and coordinating their onboarding within the Meest Box operational model. 
  • Oversee the acquisition efforts of new Partners by the reporting Agent Team, ensuring performance and compliance with collaboration standards. 
  • Identify and secure new partner locations for service points. 
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners. 
  • Support the design of the local network structure in line with quality and quantity targets. 

Operational Management 

  • Organize the work of the field team within the country. 
  • Implement operational and quality standards across service points. 
  • Ensure service availability, efficiency, and high-quality customer experience. 
  • Conduct training and audits for partners and field staff. 

Project Coordination 

  • Collaborate with headquarters on new service and IT tool implementations. 
  • Manage local rollout schedules and project timelines. 
  • Monitor service point performance and implement improvement actions. 

Financial Management 

  • Control the operational budget at the country level. 
  • Monitor revenues and costs within the local network. 
  • Execute partner billing policies in line with HQ guidelines. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial roles related to network development, field operations, or sales. 
  • Experience managing distributed teams and working with external partners. 
  • Knowledge of logistics or retail services markets in the specific country. 
  • Practical understanding of operational, quality, and financial management. 
  • Experience in project and implementation work. 
  • Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in developing sales or service point networks (e.g., franchising, retail, courier). 
  • Familiarity with IT solutions for network management (e.g., CRM, POS, logistics platforms).
