We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated candidate for the Fulfillment Product Manager position to join our Digital Product team in the Warsaw office, where you’ll play a key role in designing advanced, scalable fulfillment logistics solutions for B2B (e-commerce) clients.  

You will lead the development of competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and operational models corresponding to client-specific needs across diverse markets. 

Scope of duties

  • Design and optimize fulfillment service offers for international e-commerce business 
  • Lead, analyze and support RFI/RFQ/RFP responses for cross-border e-commerce clients 
  • Build cost models and operational flows including warehousing, pick & pack, labelling, returns, and international delivery 
  • Development of pricing standards, offer templates, and SLA models 
  • Create commercial offers, cost models, and sales presentations 
  • Support Sales Team during client meetings and negotiations 
  • Track market trends and best practices in international fulfillment 
  • Identifying and implementation improvements to offer processes, tools, and methodologies 
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, Logistics Operations, Legal and Sales to ensure every solution is both competitive and executable 
  • Support Sales team on global pitches and clients’ onboarding  
  • Preparation of sales forecasts for logistics commercial offer, with ongoing supervision of sales performance 

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in fulfillment/e-commerce logistics, preferably in international environments 
  • Strong background in pricing, solution design, and operations planning 
  • Proven experience in cost modeling and pricing of logistics services 
  • Experience working on complex proposals and customer solutions in a B2B context 
  • Excellent understanding of fulfillment operations, WMS, API/ERP integrations, and SLA frameworks 
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills 
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally 
  • Fluent English
