We are now consolidating our local presence in Romania&Hungary. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.
We are looking for an active and goal-oriented Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for leading the local customer service team and ensuring high-quality support for business clients. The manager will supervise Customer Service Agents in handling inquiries related to cooperation, will prepare and provide performance reports, manage shipment interventions in coordination with Meest branches in other countries, and ensures effective communication with Headquarters
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the work of Customer Service Agents handling B2B client requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and cooperation-related matters.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of performance reports to business clients.
- Coordinate interventions related to shipments with Meest branches abroad.
- Manage the resolution of client complaints and ensure proper escalation and documentation.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the Customer Service Department at HQ.
- Monitor customer service KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and reporting platforms.
