We are seeking an experienced and visionary Country Manager to lead our operations in Czech Republic/ Slovakia. This role is crucial to driving the success of our logistics business locally, ensuring the alignment of operations, sales, and strategic goals with the Group’s global standards. You will be responsible for overseeing courier and warehouse operations, expanding our nationwide network of service points, leading sales and marketing efforts, and managing all aspects of business performance, including P&L. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and optimize courier and warehousing operations 
  • Build strong relationships with local subcontractors and partners 
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments 
  • Design and scale a network of parcel pickup/drop-off/return points for individual clients 
  • Take full responsibility for the budget, revenue, and profitability targets 
  • Collaborate closely with Group headquarters to align local activities with international standards 
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence 
  • Monitor market trends and ensure continuous adaptation of services to customer needs 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, operational standards, and sustainability goals 

What We're Looking For 

  • Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience, with at least 3 years in a similar Country Manager or Director-level role 
  • Proven success in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or related sectors 
  • Track record of building and managing operational networks and achieving financial targets 
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills 
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities 
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams 
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or related fields (MBA preferred)
