Logistics Product Development Manager

Location: Lviv, Ukraine
Type: Full-time
Experience: Entry level

Meest International is looking for a results-oriented individual with the supply chain experience to join our team.

What you'll do if you become a part of our team:

  • Partnership: Partner with channels and platforms, aiming to exchange resources.
  • KA Customer: Follow-up with KA customers, including quotation, contract signing, and logistics solutions to achieve deep binding with customers.
  • Business analysis: Provide data analysis to different stakeholders to help with business development strategy and decision-making within the company.
  • Product: Improve existing logistics and supply chain solution products, including but not limited to cross-border transportation, warehousing, B2B product, B2C product, etc.
  • System: Research on different seller platforms, order management systems, WMS, and other systems in the market to help with the system implementation.
  • Market research: Conduct research on logistics and supply chain solution products on the market.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, freight forwarding, and/or related fields.
  • Being familiar with cross-border logistics products, order management system, and e-commerce platform operating rules.
  • A very good attention to detail.
  • A strong command in Microsoft Excel.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Being able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

What you’ll do if you become a part of our team:

  • Innovation. Launching the service on international markets.
  • Coordination. International projects coordinating.
  • Communication. Attracting and building relationships with new clients.
  • Growth. Planning, setting, and achieving KPIs and milestones.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience as a sales manager (desired but not required).
  • Advanced level of English and Polish languages.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to stay in touch with multiple international contractors\clients\executors and not stress out.
