We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Sales Department team in Warsaw office. If market research, process analysis, and making a difference in an international team excites you, we’d love to hear from you!  

  
As a Business Analyst, you will

  • analyze business processes, workflows and operational challenges to identify areas for improvement in sales areas  
  • collect, interpret and present data to support sales, marketing campaigns by evaluating market potential, campaign effectiveness, and coordinating outreach efforts like trade fairs and database analysis 
  • conduct market research to identify potential markets and develop strategies for entering new countries  
  • perform process analysis to map customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements  
  • work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, logistics operations to drive efficiency and productivity  
  • collaborate with the sales team to document business needs and provide actionable insights  
  • prepare reports, presentations and documentation to communicate findings effectivly  
  • support change management initiatives and process improvement projects  

  

What we’re looking for 

  • strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights  
  • prior experience in business process or market analysis is an advantage  
  • proficiency in working with data to provide recommendations for improvement 
  • ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders  
  • proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and self-improvement  
  • proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL 
  • experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting  
  • fluency in Polish and English
