Meest International is looking for a responsible and conscientious Quality Control Manager for the coordination and control of international transportation.
Key responsibilities
- control qualitative and quantitative operational indicators;
- control over high-quality and timely performance by contractors of the intermediate and final stage of deliveries;
- tracking and control of the delivery route;
- to ensure high-quality and effective communication with Contractors regarding terms of delivery of parcels;
- to ensure effective written and oral communication with other structural divisions of the Enterprise, as well as contractor enterprises involved in the process of providing postal and logistics services;
- monitor the implementation of operational indicators and take measures for the sake of quality implementation of the plan;
- ensure daily processing and verification of data and generation of reports in accordance with the requirements of the Enterprise and management.
Our ideal Quality Control Manager
- proficient in English (B1-B2);
- well-developed communication skills;
- attentive and focused on tasks;
- confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, experience with 1C Logistics will be an advantage;
- determined and balanced, has a strong desire to work for results and develop in the company;
- will be ready to learn more about logistics processes;
- wants to start a career in a company that follows trends and values the initiative of its employees;
- experience in the field is not required.
