Product Manager 

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results driven Product manager to join our Digital Products Department team in Warsaw office. The role is important in driving the growth of our cross-border logistics business by analysing and  creating ideas for new products and improving existing ones 

Scope of duties

• cocreating digital products strategy based on the latest technological trends used in logistics and e-commerce industries; 

• market analysis, tracking competitors’ activities and preparing product benchmarks; 

• participation in conducting market research, preparing briefs for research agencies; 

• analysis of potential target groups, defining product vision and business goal; 

• creating ideas for new products and improving existing ones;  

• defining values, functionalities and features for new products development - preparing business requirements;  

• defining values, functionalities and features for modifying existing products - preparing business requirements; 

• management of digital products roadmap and set priorities for implementation;  

• management of digital products life cycle; 

• cooperation with Finance Department in preparing BC and budget forecast; 

• interdepartmental cooperation ( IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support Teams)  in the field  of: 

1. collecting business requirements for product and strategy development Implementation 

2. collecting customer feedback after product implementation; 

• monitoring of key product KPIs and post implementation review analysis. 

Requirements 

• at least 2 years of experience at Product Manager position; 

• experience in development digital product solutions to support logistics processes in e-Commerce post check-out process;  

• knowledge of English language at business communication level; 

• communication and product management skills; 

• higher education (preferred fields: Management, Economy or Technology).
