We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives. You will use data analytics, process modeling, and documentation to support decision-making and optimize business operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to support IT product development. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand business goals, specify, prioritize, and detail requirements. 
  • Create and maintain business process models, workflows, use cases, and diagrams to communicate requirements effectively. 
  • Prepare detailed user stories and specifications for new product development. 
  • Propose and design technical solutions that meet business needs and align with corporate strategies. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support) to implement solutions and ensure seamless communication of business goals. 
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes, ensuring they meet business requirements. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing current operations. 
  • Support IT project teams in product design, implementation, and testing. 
  • Maintain and update business documentation, ensuring that functional and feature requirements are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. 
  • Analyze various technology solutions and their alignment with business needs. 

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry (preferred but not required). 
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, documentation tools, and data analysis techniques. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT teams. 
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level or above. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
