We are now consolidating our local presence in Czech Republic/ Slovakia. Under the leadership of the Country Manager we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region.
We are currently looking for MBN Agent to drive the growth and activation of the Meest Box partner network by securing new locations, nurturing strong partner relationships, and ensuring consistent service availability and brand representation across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targets regarding the number of newly opened and active Meest Box points in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Acquire new Partners and locations through fieldwork and direct outreach.
- Maintain and update information about existing and potential Partners in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular visits to Partner locations to ensure compliance with Meest Box operational standards.
- Implement new service standards and logistics solutions in cooperation with Partners.
- Present the Meest partnership offer in a compelling and effective manner.
- Identify local opportunities for network expansion.
- Ensure branding and equipment standards at Partner locations are upheld.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data and reporting documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, partner network development, or B2B client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of courier and logistics services.
- Very good knowledge of Meest’s offer for Partners and individual customers (or willingness to acquire it quickly).
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
- Strong local geographical knowledge of the assigned region.
- Driving license (category B) and readiness for extensive fieldwork.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Prior experience working for or with a courier/logistics company.
- Existing network of business contacts in retail, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Experience in cold calling and field prospecting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools or POS material handling (for branding new locations).

- Contract type: Employment contract or B2B cooperation (depending on profile and preferences).
- Full-time position with flexible fieldwork hours.
- Base salary + performance-based bonus system.
