If you’re passionate about building meaningful connections and driving growth, join our team at Meest International as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the cross-border logistics sector 

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on executing daily outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, and working closely with external marketing agencies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our sales pipeline while collaborating with a motivated international team. 

Key responsibilities

  • execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers; 
  • qualify inbound responses and transfer Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team; 
  • collaborate with external agencies on database management and content requirements; 
  • track outreach performance and ensure alignment with lead generation KPIs. 

Our requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in direct B2B outreach (LinkedIn and email campaigns); 
  • hands-on experience with lead qualification and understanding of sales funnels; 
  • familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms; 
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; 
  • ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and markets; 
  • strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset; 
  • willingness to travel for business purposes; 
  • native-level Polish and excellent English proficiency; 
  • self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously; 
  • a proactive team player with a hands-on approach and a focus on delivering results.
