Our company has ambitious goals in terms of entering new markets and are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a Lead Generation Specialist, who’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the cross-border logistics sector. 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with company goals. 
  • Identify target markets and create campaigns tailored to specific industries or regions. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including LinkedIn, email outreach and cold calling. 
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to determining their potential and transfer Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the sales team. 
  • Collaborate with external agencies to manage and enhance lead databases, as well as tailor messages for various audiences and markets. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of lead acquisition activities and ensure their alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Our requirement

Experience

  • 1–2 years in direct B2B outreach, including LinkedIn and email campaigns. 
  • Proven experience in lead qualifications and a strong understanding of sales funnels. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms. 

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication skills paired with a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes. 
  • Native-level proficiency in Polish and excellent command of English. 
  • Good knowledge of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, e-mail outreach platforms and automation tools (in example Apollo.io, Snov.io or similar).

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently. 
  • A proactive team player with a hands-on approach, focused on achieving results.
