  • Ensure proper use of CRM (lead statuses, activity logging, documentation).
  • Monitor team KPIs – conversion rates, sales cycles, outreach activity, and pipeline value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and Business Analysts on offers and performance data.

Cross Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Country Manager to implement market strategy and support P&L performance.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on onboarding and client issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and other teams as needed.

  • Conduct weekly/monthly forecast reviews with the team.
  • Assess effectiveness of marketing activities and lead sources – share feedback with HQ.
  • Escalate operational bottlenecks and process issues when necessary.
  • Prepare monthly reports on team performance: new clients, contract value, conversions.
  • Define future team development needs – skill-building, specialization, headcount planning.

Requirements

  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1); other EU languages are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Results-driven, with strategic and operational focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High adaptability in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
