Meest International is part of an international group of companies and the undisputed leader of the Ukrainian e-commerce logistics market (cross-border logistics) and a delivery partner for such well-known foreign online stores as Next, Answear, Notino, IHerb, Born2Be, Temu and others.   

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results driven Business Analyst to join our IT Department team in Lviv office (hybrid).  

Responsibilities 

  • Collecting business requirements and  creating documentation for IT Product Development Team 
  • Operational supporting for business teams in implementation of strategy and new product development  
  • Closing cooperation with Product Manager to understand his business goals and needs.  
  • Supporting Project Manager in specifying, detailing and prioritizing business requirements 
  • Creating business process models, workflows, use cases, users stories, diagrams and other visual tools that help understand and communicate business requirements 
  • Analysing various technology solutions to perform business needs 
  • Preparing  detailed requirements specification for new product development: 
  • preparing visual models( diagrams with process flow) 
  • ensuring that requirements are measurable and understandable to all interested parties 
  • Analysis and mapping of business processes 
  • Creating new business processes and giving  recommendation for improvement to existing ones 
  • Corporation with IT Team (Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, UX Designer and Testers) 
  • Supporting Project Team in product design, implementation and testing  
  • Interdepartmental cooperation in the field of collecting requirement, implementing a common vision and achieving business goals 
  • Maintaining business documentation  with functional and feature requirements and introducing updates to the documentation 

Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of experience at Business Analyst position 
  • Higher education (preferred fields: economics, computer science, management or engineering) 
  • Experience in logistics/e-Commerce industry  (nice to have)  
  • Experience/Knowledge of Event/Domain Driven design(nice to have)  
  • Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. 
  • Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces. 
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
