Our company is growing and developing and now we are looking for a Сustoms Declaration Specialist who will become part of our team and help ensure efficient and safe customs clearance of goods. If you have experience working with EU customs, speak English well, and want to develop in the dynamic field of logistics, we are waiting for you!
Main responsibilities
• Working with Excel spreadsheets (analysis, data processing, report generation).
• Selecting customs codes for goods according to the description of goods.
• Cooperation with EU customs: resolving issues related to parcels, customs clearance duration, etc.
• Communication with various departments of the company.
• Quick response to customs requests and coordination of all stages of customs clearance.
Requirements
• Knowledge of English B2.
• Ability to work in Excel (formulas, tables, reports).
• Experience in customs or logistics will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to quickly learn and develop in new conditions.
• Willingness to work on weekends (1-2 hours/day).
• Responsibility, attentiveness and perseverance.
