Road Toll Surcharge
An additional fee is applied to each parcel due to transportation over toll roads and other regulated public road infrastructure. The rate is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.

Seassonal Surcharge
A surcharge added to the base service price, applied during specific periods of the year associated with increased parcel traffic.
For the 2025 peak seasson, the following is established:
Period of validity: From November 1, 2025, to January 6, 2026
Standard Parcels
The surcharge is set as follows:
- 1.00 PLN for the Polish market
- 0.25 EUR for the Slovak and Greek markets
- 1.00 RON for the Romanian market
- 94 HUF for the Hungarian market
- 5.80 CZK for the Czech market
- 0.47 BGN for the Bulgarian market
Non-standard Parcels
The surcharge is set as follows:
- 3.20 PLN for the Polish market
- 0.75 EUR for the Slovak and Greek markets
- 3.20 RON for the Romanian market
- 300 HUF for the Hungarian market
- 19.00 CZK for the Czech market
- 1.47 BGN for the Bulgarian market
