The prepaid service consists of topping up a virtual account with any amount, which will then be used for shipments. The account can be topped up via online payments: BLIK, card, or bank transfer.

Yes, the application shows the current account balance along with the transaction history.

The invoice is issued on the last day of the month with the note: paid.

A negative balance may occur if there is an additional charge for an incorrect size or weight of the shipment. A negative balance results in blocking the shipment service.

The account will be automatically unblocked after topping up the virtual account and paying off the outstanding debt.

The postpaid service is based on signing an agreement with Meest and being granted a virtual credit limit for shipment services.

The credit limit is granted by Meest based on a creditworthiness assessment.

After the limit is used up, an invoice will be issued for payment. The limit will be renewed once the payment is settled.

The invoice can be paid online or via a traditional bank transfer to the account number provided on the invoice.

The invoice will be issued according to the billing period agreed upon when signing the Agreement or after the limit is used up.
