Key Account Executive (China Market)

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team and play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and strategic account management.

As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

  •  Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  •  Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
  •  Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  •  Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  •  Monitor account performance and provide regular updates
  •  Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
  •  Develop strategic account plans
  •  Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience working with the Chinese market, including understanding its specifics, business culture, and trade practices
  • Fluent English, Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus
  • Highly motivated to grow in the field of sales and ready to make a meaningful contribution to the company’s success.
