Return of undelivered parcels and partial returns 

The parcel might be returned in the following cases: absence of the recipient during several delivery attempts; refusal of the recipient to accept the parcel; incorrect address of the recipient (postal code, street, house number). The parcel will be returned if it is not collected from the post office or parcel locker within the specified period.

Return of undelivered parcels for domestic delivery takes 1-3 days, for international delivery 3-6 days.

If the customer refuses the parcel during delivery, it is automatically returned to the sender. No additional action is required on the hand of the recipient. The sender will be notified about the return on the parcel tracking.

In accordance with the rules of the local shipping company, the parcel may be returned to the sender, disposed, or repacked and sent for delivery.

All conditions regarding parcels return rates are detailed in the Contract.

If the partial returns are agreed in advance with the sender, goods are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging, please find the predefined label in the original parcel, fix it to the box with goods to be returned and inject the new parcel to local shipping company.
