Damage parcel 

If damage was discovered during the delivery, it is necessary to complete a Damage Report with the courier or at PUDO. A reclamation must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form accordingly. The parcel tracking number, picture of the label on the box and picture of the damage have to be added to the reclamation.

If damage was discovered after receiving the parcel, a reclamation must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form accordingly. The parcel tracking number, picture of the label on the box and picture of the damaged goods must be added to the reclamation.

Reclamation must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form accordingly. The parcel tracking number, the order payment invoice (if possible), picture of the label(s) on the box and picture of the damaged parcel or damaged contents must be added to the reclamation.

Reclamation must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form no later than 12 hours after the delivery.

If the parcel was not delivered on time and there is a suspicion it may be lost, a request must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form. The parcel tracking number should be entered while completing the form.
