How to Create a Shipment
Creating a shipment in GoShipShop is fast and flexible. Choose the method that suits your business:
1. Manual Entry
Easily create an order by entering all the shipment details directly in your dashboard.
You’ll be asked to:
- Select a service type: Economic Standard (courier), Collect Box (PUDO), or Cargo (pallet)
- Choose a pickup method: courier pickup
- Add any optional services like insurance, COD, or SMS notifications
The system will guide you with live validation and ensure all required fields are completed
2. Upload a File
If you’re sending multiple parcels, you can upload them in bulk using our CSV or Excel template.
- Download our file template
- Fill in parcel and service details
- Upload and review – errors will be shown with explanations so you can fix and re-upload
