Sales Support Specialist (Warsaw)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CEE Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support commercial operations across Central and Eastern Europe by managing sales documentation, coordinating cross-functional workflows, assessing client risk, and monitoring payments. Key Responsibilities

Document Management  

  • Prepare, manage, and archive commercial documents (offers, contracts, annexes).  
  • Oversee document approval workflows (CRM + e-signatures like DocuSign).  
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation (checklists, audits).  
  • Assign unique document IDs and maintain version control.  

Cross-Team Collaboration  

  • Work with Sales, Finance, and Legal on contract approvals and revisions.  
  • Support client onboarding by preparing full documentation packages.  
  • Coordinate with IT/CRM team on document-related system updates.  

Credit Risk & Client Scoring  

  • Perform financial scoring of clients based on internal procedures and data (D&B, financial statements).  
  • Manage credit limits (setup, updates)  
  • Initiate commercial conditions in the accounting system.  

Required skills

Hard Skills:  

  • Native-level proficiency in Polish and excellent command of English.  
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, analytics), experience with CRM, Google Workspace, SharePoint, SAP; familiarity with e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Autenti).  
  • Interpreting financial data, scoring clients, using tools like D&B, CRM, ERP.  
  • Managing offers, contracts, and annexes with attention to compliance and versioning.  

Soft Skills:  

  • Clear communicator – collaborates effectively across teams.  
  • Detail-oriented – ensures accuracy in documents and data.  
  • Organized – manages multiple tasks and workflows efficiently.  
  • Reliable – handles sensitive information with care and meets deadlines.  
  • Proactive – takes the initiative to improve processes and solve issues.
