Collect Box & Economic Standard
SECTION 1: KEY DEFINITIONS
- Standard parcel – a parcel in the shape of a cuboid or cube, with no oversized elements protruding. The longest side must not exceed 100 cm, and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 140 cm.
- Non-Standard parcel – a parcel with a round, cylindrical, oval, or irregular shape, or a parcel where the sum of dimensions exceeds 140 cm or the longest side exceeds 100 cm.
- Volumetric parcel – it is usually a lightweight but volumetrically large parcel. Dimensional weight is always used for pricing when it exceeds the actual weight of the parcel. The higher value either the dimensional weight or the actual weight is taken for pricing purposes. Shipments with volumetric weight are not considered as non-standard parcels.
- Cargo – A cargo shipment refers to an item or items weighing over 50 kg, placed on a single pallet in a manner that ensures stability and prevents damage or shifting during transport. Pallet shipments are handled in a “side-to-side” system. Only shipments placed on undamaged pallets are accepted for transport.
- Whichever is higher actual weight or dimensional weight.
- Dimensional weight is calculated using the following formula:

SECTION 2: CORE SERVICES

ECONOMIC STANDARD: The ideal service for shipments handled in a door-to-door system, particularly for recipients expecting delivery by the end of the day.
- The estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is D+2, or for international shipments according to the delivery schedule available on the website.
- The service is available for parcels with a maximum weight of 30 kg and standard dimensions, i.e. 60 (cm) x 40 (cm) x 40 (cm). The longest side must not exceed 100 cm, and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 140 cm.
- A parcel weighing more than 30 kg, with non-standard dimensions, or classified as oversized is subject to an additional fee according to the current surcharge price list and requires confirmation of pick-up and delivery availability in the domestic or international network.
- Parcel collection from institutional customers is available 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) until 5:00 PM.
- Parcel tracking is available from the moment of dispatch to delivery.
COLLECT BOX: Meest Points offer the most convenient delivery service for recipients who value easy access to nearby collection locations, along with the most affordable and fast delivery.
- The service is available within the domestic network as well as in selected international destinations where Meest pick-up points are available.
- Maximum dimensions:
- Size S – 5 × 36 × 60 cm
- Size M – 10 × 36 × 60 cm
- Size L – 19 × 36 × 60 cm
- Size XL – 30 × 36 × 60 cm
- The maximum parcel weight for any size must not exceed 15 kg.
- Collect Box service are only available for parcels within standard dimmensions.
- The estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is D+2, and for international shipments according to the delivery schedule available on Meest website.
CARGO: The service is provided in both domestic and international networks in a “side-to-side” model for customers sending parcels weighing more than 50 kg each or pallet shipments to a single delivery address of a business customer.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 cm x 80 cm x 180 cm.
Maximum pallet weight: up to 800 kg. - Estimated delivery time:
- For domestic pallet shipments – up to 10 business days
- For international shipments – up to 14 business days for import freight
- The service is available only upon prior arrangement with the Meest branch.
- Pickup and delivery of pallet shipments are available on selected, scheduled weekdays (Mon–Fri) until 5:00 PM.
- The maximum number of pallets that can be shipped from one Sender to one Recipient within a single business day is 2 pallets.
- Sending more than 2 pallets at once to the same Recipient requires prior arrangement. Meest reserves the right to deliver the shipment within up to three business days, starting from the next business day after dispatch.
- The service does not include loading or unloading the shipment from the cargo box.
SECTION 3: ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Insurance (standard coverage up to 1 000 EUR): Covers loss or damage for declared-value items. Must be selected during shipment creation. Description and value required on the waybill.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) up to 1 000 EUR: Available domestically and internationally. Refunds issued within 14 business days. Payment by card at Meest Box or in cash at the door. Insurance is required for declared COD amount.
- Consumer returns via Meest Points: Free for end users. Accepted for up to 365 days after delivery. Max. 15 kg. Labels may be pre-included.
- SMS notifications: Custom alerts with tracking links sent via local SMS gateway for recipients not using Meest app.
