Parcel loss 

The confirmation of parcel loss can be obtained at the Meest tracking page or by sending a request via Meest website using the feedback form.

If the parcel was lost, reclamation must be submitted via the Meest website using the feedback form accordingly. The parcel tracking number, the order payment invoice (if possible) must be added to the reclamation.

The standard time frame for submitting a reclamation is not more than 7 days from the moment of lost status appeared.

The investigation of the parcel loss may take up to 30 days.
