The Meest Points network is a group of Out-of-Home delivery and shipping centers where we enable the collection and shipping of parcels. Our points are located, among others, in shops and service premises – wherever customers can conveniently bring a parcel, taking care of their everyday matters. This program is based on simple rules – our partners provide the possibility of collecting or sending parcels at their location, and we pay them commission for each handling operation. Minimum requirements include running a commercial or service-based business in extended opening hours and ground-floor location with space available for storing parcels. An additional advantage will be Saturday opening hours and parking at the front of your facility.
What will you do as Meest Point partner?

How will our cooperation look?
When you join our Meest Points network, we will provide you with necessary training, equipment and materials. You will need some free space to store parcels brought in by our couriers or customers. On a daily basis courier will handle all shipments to and from you, and you will be earning a commission for every shipment processed or sold at your location.

What exactly will I be responsible for as a parcel service point?
Your main tasks will include accepting and handing over parcels with pre-printed labels, such as e-commerce returns. Additionally, if you wish, you can register new shipments for customers – these services are rewarded with higher commissions. You can also offer extra services such as packaging assistance or selling packing materials, which can help increase your earnings.
Do I have to meet the monthly target for the number of parcels handled?
No, we don’t have any requirements for the minimum number of shipments handled. However, keep in mind that the more shipments you handle, the more you will earn.
Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
We don’t charge and monthly fees or subscriptions. At the start you get the standard started pack from us for free, including necessary software, measuring tool and basic promotional materials.
Why does my point need to stay open until 6 p.m.?
Customers typically pick up their packages after work, usually between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. We want to ensure they have convenient access to their parcels, so extending your opening hours is highly recommended.
Ideally, points should be open at least 8 hours a day on weekdays, until 6 p.m., and at least 4 hours on Saturdays, for example from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.How much space do I need to store packages?
To start, about 1 to 2 square meters with shelving for parcel storage should be sufficient.
What is the average size and weight of the parcels?
Most parcels are small to medium-sized, weighing up to 1 kg, with typical dimensions around 20 x 20 x 10 cm or shipped in poly mailers. These usually contain items from online shopping, such as clothing, small electronics, or everyday products.
What kind of hardware do I need to operate the service?
You can use your own smartphone or, alternatively, a computer with a connected barcode scanner. It allows you to handle all parcel operations in one place, so there’s no need for additional devices. The app is easy to use and doesn’t require any complicated setup. If needed, we can also provide you with a printer for generating labels for parcels dropped off at your location without pre-printed ones.
Does the application use QR codes for parcels?
Yes, QR codes are used for both sending and receiving parcels. This makes the process faster, safer, and easier for both you and your customers.
Will I receive any tools to weigh and measure parcels?
You won’t need a parcel scale for the service. The only requirement is to check the dimensions of the shipments you register and sell. To help with this, you’ll receive a measuring tool as part of your starter pack.
How much can I realistically earn for handling the parcels at my location?
The commission is PLN 5 net for registering a new parcel and 1 PLN net for accepting and handing out each parcel with a pre-printed label. The final earnings depend on the number of packages handled and the parcels sold.
You will also earn additional commission for each extra day a parcel is stored at your location if a customer requests an extension of the pickup period. The standard storage period is 3 days, and you can earn commission for up to additional 7 days.
Moreover, you can generate extra income by offering parcel-related services, like preparing parcels for shipping or selling packaging materials. In the future, we plan to launch a packaging materials shop within the application, so you’ll be able to order supplies to your location and resell them to customers.How often does the courier come?
You may be handling parcels operated by different couriers. Typically, the courier from a given company arrives once or twice a day. However, please note that each company has its own courier who may arrive at different times.
How many parcels can I expect to handle daily?
The volume depends on how frequently your point is selected by customers. On average, partners handle between 5 and 50 parcels per day, depending on location, foot traffic, and visibility.
Do I need additional staff to operate the parcel point?
In most cases, no extra staff is needed. Parcel handling is simple and can usually be done alongside your current business activities, even by a single person.
How long do parcels stay at the point?
Customers have 3 days to pick up their parcels. If needed, they can extend the pickup period by up to 7 additional days for an extra fee. You also earn a commission for each additional day the parcel is stored.
Can I send my own parcels through the system?
Yes, you can both receive and send your own parcels through the system, and earn a commission on each operation. You also have access to special conditions for registering your own shipments within the app.
What are the consequences of losing a parcel at my location?
Each situation is reviewed individually. If a parcel is accepted at your point and then goes missing, the responsibility lies with your location. That’s why it’s important to follow the standard procedures when accepting and storing parcels.
Are live, in-person trainings available?
Trainings are primarily conducted in person. However, in exceptional cases, online sessions can be arranged.
How is the settlement carried out?
Settlement is conducted monthly, with a specification listing the handled parcels and invoice issued at the end of each billing period. The payment is based on the number of parcels you handle and sell. You will receive a commission for every shipment processed or sold at your location.
Are there any penalties for leaving the network of points?
There are no penalties for leaving the network, but you must terminate the contract following the notice period specified in the agreement.
What happens to my points if I'm sick or away for an extended time (e.g., vacation)?
If you need to close your point due to illness or an extended absence, you can easily mark your absence in our system. This way, parcels will not be sent to your point, and your customers will be notified. It’s a simple and convenient solution that allows you to manage your business with flexibility.
Who should I contact if there’s a problem with a parcel?
You can contact our support team via the in-app chat or call our helpline. Our team will help you quickly resolve any issue.
Is there a non-compete clause in the agreement?
No, there are no exclusivity or non-compete clauses. You’re free to work with other services or networks if you choose to do so.
Will my point be promoted online, or do I need to handle the advertising myself?
As our partner point, you’ll receive professional online visibility tools from us, including: a dedicated profile page for your location on Meest maps, visibility in online stores worldwide and professionally created business profile with descriptions on major map providers such as Google Maps, Bing, Apple Maps.
To maximize the benefits, we also recommend using free, local online promotion. Promoting your point through community groups, local directories, or social media can help you attract more customers, increase foot traffic, and handle more parcels. The better your visibility online, the easier it is for potential clients to find your location and services.Is it possible to buy stickers and other promotional materials to the point?
Every new partner receives a free starter pack that already includes basic essentials such as door sticker, wobblers, and other key items to help you get started.
You can also purchase additional promotional materials like 3D signboard, outdoor neon sign or customized advertising items to increase visibility of your location and attract more customers. If f you want to carry out additional promotional materials on your own, you can also receive free graphic designs prepared in ready-to-print formats.
How do you help with social media?
We support our partners in their activities related to social media by providing them with graphics, posts, tutorials and digital advertising materials. In this way, you can easily reach your customers and increase the reach of your business.
